The trainers are very nice and welcoming and the trainings are efficient and not too long! I also love the moms I met there (the noon team) Huge bonus; kids of all ages are welcomed.

Amazing gym, highly recommended!
I love the small group training sessions; perfect for all fitness levels. The coaches are great and will adapt trainings to each person as needed. I joined after having my second baby and this gym has been instrumental in my return to positive physical and mental health. Bonus: they let you bring your kids along with you! A big thank you to Sari, the team of coaches and the wonderful members of the gym!

Great team of trainers
they make it work for beginners and experts in same class. Love the format; 30 or 45 mins. (you choose) means I can always find time for a daily workout. The HIIT burn keeps me burning for 2 days. Thanks Sari!!
